We’re on the hunt for a versatile technical writer to craft clear, engaging content that educates, empowers, and strengthens the Dream brand. You’ll blend technical accuracy with storytelling skills, creating everything from product docs to marketing copy. Work across teams to deliver content that informs, drives adoption, and amplifies our voice.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, troubleshooting materials, and product documentation.
- Write clear, concise release notes and translate complex cybersecurity concepts into user-friendly content.
- Create product microcopy and collaborate with designers and developers to enhance user experience.
- Craft website copy that effectively communicates our value proposition.
- Support marketing with blog posts, case studies, and pitch materials.
Skills
- Strong background in cybersecurity, tech writing, or SaaS industries.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, digestible content for diverse audiences.
- Experience writing across various formats (technical docs, blogs, web copy, UX content, release notes).
- Collaborative mindset to work with engineers, researchers, designers, and more.
