We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our IT team and become the go-to tech expert, keeping our team connected and problem-free. From troubleshooting issues to managing onboarding, cloud solutions, and IT inventory, you’ll play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly. 

Responsibilities

  • Be the first line of support, troubleshooting IT issues and ensuring seamless tech experiences for employees. 
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, setting up accounts, access, and equipment. 
  • Set up and configure desktop hardware, including workstations, monitors, and printers. 
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across Mac, Windows, and Linux devices. 
  • Support cloud applications like Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and other SaaS platforms. 
  • Assist with Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations and user access management. 
  • Document troubleshooting steps and system setups to build a strong IT knowledge base. 
  • Oversee IT inventory, keeping track of hardware and equipment. 
  • Maintain and troubleshoot meeting room technology to ensure smooth operations. 


Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Help Desk/IT support roles. 
  • Expertise in MacOS, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft Office troubleshooting. 
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a patient, empathetic, and professional approach—people-oriented, adaptable, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced startup environment. 
  • Linux knowledge – a plus. 
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD. 
  • Skilled in PC/laptop imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting. 
  • Experience with MDM solutions like Intune. 
  • Familiarity with Jira and Slack. 
  • Ability to support AV/VC conferencing rooms. 
  • Experience working with Azure or AWS. 
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs). 
  • Basic scripting skills in Bash or PowerShell – a plus.
