We are looking for a Python Developer who is passionate about software design, code quality and automation. This versatile role involves writing production-grade python code that will integrate with 3rd party devices and services to collect configuration and data that will be used by our AI models, as well as supporting our sensor SDLC processes by developing automations for our data collection modules. 

Responsibilities

  • Write production-grade python code to collect data from 3rd party services. 
  • Innovate an in-house solution for testing, evaluation and quality assurance of Dream’s collection platform. 
  • Collaborate with developers and customers to resolve issues and expand Dream’s collection portfolio. 
  • Research network devices and manage our virtual and physical network devices lab. 
  • Prioritize collection capabilities together with our product team based on customer’s needs and define milestones. 
  • Work effectively within a team, contributing to a collaborative and innovative development environment. 

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience with Python 3. 
  • Familiarity with networking and routing. 
  • Proven experience in writing robust and modern python code. 
  • Experience in writing product automation for quality assurance purposes. 
  • Knowledge of evaluating, integrating and utilizing third-party libraries. 
  • Strong debugging skills and logging habits. 
  • Problem-solving abilities. 
  • Analytical thinking. 
  • Ability to work well in a team.
