The Dream Job

The Talent Sourcer is responsible for building and maintaining a strategic, long-term view of the organization's talent landscape. This role drives proactive sourcing strategies, develops high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, and provides market intelligence that enables informed hiring decisions. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders, the Talent Sourcer ensures the company has continuous access to top talent across critical functions. 

The Dream-Maker Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities and hiring goals to build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines.  
  • Own the strategic overview of talent pipelines, continuously assessing pipeline health, talent availability, and future hiring needs across the organization.  
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define target candidate profiles, sourcing priorities, and talent market approaches.  
  • Create and present talent market maps, competitor research, and market intelligence to support hiring strategy and workforce planning.  
  • Lead talent attraction initiatives, including organizing and supporting meetups, webinars, referral programs, and other employer branding activities. 
  • Track, analyze, and report sourcing metrics to measure pipeline effectiveness and continuously improve sourcing strategies.  
  • Research, evaluate, and implement emerging sourcing techniques, AI-powered recruiting tools, and industry best practices to continuously enhance sourcing effectiveness and efficiency.  

The Dream Skill Set

  • At least 4 years of experience in talent sourcing and building qualified talent pipelines, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment.  
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic sourcing approaches for complex or hard-to-fill roles.  
  • Strong research, market mapping, and talent intelligence capabilities.  
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.  
  • Experience partnering effectively with recruiters and hiring managers to influence sourcing strategy.  
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and adapt to changing business priorities in a dynamic environment.  
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new sourcing methodologies, AI-driven recruiting technologies, and industry trends.
