Further, your personal data will be used to comply with our legal obligations in the areas of employment law, taxation, health and safety, fulfillment of contractual obligations, or to comply with our legitimate business needs relating to

your employment and its examination.

Your personal data will only be made available to specific Dream employees where there is a legitimate interest or legitimate business purpose basis for them to have access as part of carrying out their job, for example, to handle your application and for HR recruitment and pre-employment purposes. Your data will be restricted to certain managers and a small number of HR employees. Your personal data may also be shared with some third parties with whom we have engaged during our recruitment and standard business operations. Such sharing may be necessary for the purposes mentioned above, or with parties to whom you have given consent for disclosure. Examples of such parties are professional advisors, such as lawyers, recruitment agencies, relocation specialists, as well as our affiliates. This could also occur in connection with a corporate transaction, such as sell, acquisition, or merger of all or some of our assets. We will ensure that your personal data is appropriately protected when shared with authorized third parties. Your personal data will only be shared with third parties who have a legitimate need to access it and are bound by contractual obligations to protect it.

Where is your personal data transferred to?

We may share your personal data with other Dream entities and third parties that may be based anywhere in the world, which may include countries that may not offer the same legal protections for personal data as in Israel. Irrespective of which country your personal data is transferred, we would only share your personal data under a strict ‘need to know’ basis and in accordance with appropriate controls.

How long do we keep your personal data?

Your personal data will be stored in accordance with applicable laws and kept as long as needed to carry out the purposes described in this Notice (or as otherwise required by applicable law). However, we may store your personal data for as long as it is necessary in order to satisfy our legal or contractual obligations, our legitimate business purposes (including recruitment and business operations needs), or in order to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. After twelve (12) months, or when your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes described above, the personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
