Dream Joins NVIDIA-Led Open Secure AI Alliance
National sovereign AI company joins Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, CrowdStrike and other global technology leaders developing open tools and standards for secure AI and agentic systems
TEL AVIV, Israel, July 30, 2026 – Dream, the national sovereign AI company, today announced that it has joined the NVIDIA-led Open Secure AI Alliance, bringing the operational, security and sovereignty requirements of governments into a global initiative shaping how AI and autonomous agents will be developed, governed and secured.
The alliance brings together NVIDIA, Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, the Linux Foundation and dozens of other leading technology, AI and open-source organizations to develop and share open tools, standards and best practices for secure AI systems.
Dream will contribute a critical government-first perspective focused on how nations can operate and secure fully sovereign AI within infrastructure they control. This is essential to enabling governments to use and protect sensitive national data while maintaining full operational responsibility for the systems on which they increasingly depend.
"A government has two fundamental responsibilities: to provide for its citizens and to protect them,"
said Shalev Hulio, Founder and CEO of Dream.
"In the AI era, protecting a nation means controlling the AI that protects it. Governments need AI they can understand, improve and run on systems they control. Open defensive AI is an important step toward that future. Building it takes the entire community, and Dream is proud to be part of that effort."
Dream builds sovereign AI systems specifically for secure, mission-critical government environments, including on-premises and air-gapped infrastructure. Its participation in the alliance will help ensure that open AI tools reflect the technical, legal and operational realities faced by governments, national institutions and critical infrastructure operators.
The Open Secure AI Alliance will focus on strengthening security across the full AI agent stack, including models, identity, permissions, harnesses, guardrails, evaluation and remediation. Its work is intended to give governments and organizations greater ability to inspect, test, adapt and govern the AI systems they deploy.
Through the alliance, Dream will work with global technology leaders to advance open AI systems that are not only secure, but capable of operating under sovereign control in environments where resilience, accountability and national responsibility are essential.
