The below is a summary of the Copyright Policy (the “Policy”) adopted by Dream Security Ltd. (“Dream”) as required under the EU Artificial Intelligence Act.
Under our Policy, our teams must collect training data only where access to such data is lawful, whether because it is openly available, because a dataset license permits it, or because Dream holds a license from the rights holder.
Our teams may not authorize circumventing any technological protection measures, paywalls, or other access controls to obtain data.
We use the collected data for training in compliance with applicable copyright laws and the license terms of such data sources, including attribution and share-alike obligations.
Our teams must adhere to contractual obligations regarding the use of customer data.
Where an output appears to reproduce protected material or in any other event where copyright owners believe that their rights under applicable copyright laws have been infringed, copyright owners may submit a substantiated complaint to Dream’s Copyright Agent:
